Shipping Guidelines
Once the customer places an order on the platform it is directly updated to your seller account, if the order is received after 6 pm that will be placed and confirmed the next day.Â
Our team processes your orders daily between 4-8 pm.
You will receive an email containing the order details for each order received during the day along with their respective Packing Slips (to be put inside the order package).
You must process the orders within 48 hours at your end and share a confirmation along with the tracking details with us for each order.
The platform automatically cancels any order that is not shipped within 4 days.
Once the order is packed and shipped by the seller, you need to send the tracking details (Tracking ID & Tracking Link) for each order along with a confirmation message to be sent to the customers.
We expect the orders to be delivered to the customers within 7 days of shipping
